Organized by ENEA - R2M - AXPO, the Workshop starting from the experience of the Lightness project, funded by the European Horizon program, which has in a residential condominium in Cagliari the pilot case of a collective self-consumption configuration, will present an overview of the tools to support energy communities under implementation. This will be followed by a discussion among institutional stakeholders involved in the development of energy communities on opportunities and critical issues related to recent national and regional legislation. The workshop will illustrate the tools made available to the Sardinia Region by other administrations to support the development of collective energy management projects as an opportunity for territorial development
